A room on inside of building was quiet,

The room was not properly cleaned, kitchen in equiped...frypan, but nothing to put it on! Curtain rods falling down, and required new light bulbs.

Amazing breakfast to start the day, excellent food. Fashionable room with extra bed and nice and really kind staff. Location close to metro stations and the city centre, Vesterbro, Norrebro and Osterbro. Only a short distance to Zenzes Wellness.

In the 2 bed room I liked the total floor space, the room was seperated in a kitchen, small living room with a televison, good seat & dining table, a be oom with a small desk and a room with shower and toilet. I really enjoyed staying here. In the reception area is a fridge where you can purchase drinks and noodles.

The dining room and bar are located in the front of the building with windows from floor to ceiling. Having breakfast here feels like sitting in a shopping window, this probably also the reason why there are rarely any people sitting in the bar area at night time. I would recommend the hotel to have some curtains in this room.

Comfortable suite, modern tv set, clean and very quiet. Fair price for the suite as well as for breakfast. Nice personal. Free of charge coffee. Good location for city trips.

great stay but minor issues

The pool experience was really good its serene atmosphere. The staff consistently greeted us with warmth their attentiveness.

The small suite felt a bit cramped at times.

By European standards, the rooms are very large. Especially the "Family" Room which we stayed in. Very friendly staff and great location. Not right in the tourist hub but that is what we wanted. Still... It was very close to everything especially if you rent bicycles which one must do in Copenhagen. The room was very spacious and proved to be a good home away from home.

Very poor sound quality. Our first room next door played a lot of music which came right through the walls as if it were in our room. The friendly staff changed our room to a better one. It advertises as being apartment style with a kitchenette. I was hoping it would have a stove/oven but it was simply a microwave and mini-fridge.

The fine indoor pool area offered a serene escape, but the chaotic atmosphere was a downside.

Ladies at reception very helpful. Servicing of room questionable and unreliable. Room windows barely opened and room too hot. Only one washing machine available for use so inconvenient. Laundry service ridiculously expensive. Traffic noise very loud in room when trying to sleep.

It has a good bar and outstandingly accommodating staff. It has a combination of a good service and a quiet ambience. The venue is in the centre of the town.

The calming atmosphere here is perfect for unwinding. I loved the beautifully decorated pool area with lush plants. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Dining options were diverse and delicious. I highly recommend enjoying the rooftop dining experience 🌴

No internet on the 1st floor. Nobody tried to solve the problem in the router! At the reception were all very bad!

Very covenient small apartment for the business traveler

My booking was not known to the hotel when I arrived ( but they solved the problem efficiently).

The location was convenient, just a short walk to

Tivoli and the train station, easy for us to explore the city. The room lacked basic amenities like tea or coffee supplies, and the towels were too small for comfort.

The spaciousness of the rooms. The location. Availability of good food both very early and very late. The staff assistance.

Allocated room, on the main street for the first night, was very noisy as air con is not available and we needed to have the windows open after a very hot day. After moving to a different room overlooking a courtyard,on the same floor , the place was as good as perfect. You should state in advertising that a/c is not available.
